# NP-TMcode-singularity

## General information
This repository contains the singularity image built to use the `np_tmcode` programs. `np_tmcode` is currently distributed through the gitLab repository:

https://www.ict.inaf.it/gitlab/giacomo.mulas/np_tmcode

The image is kept up to date, in this separate repository, in order to reduce the size of the code release bundles.

## Usage
Use of this singularity image assumes knowledge of the singularity system. In order to use this image, download and unpack the most recent release of this project, then locate the file named `np-tmcode-run.sif` and place it in the `containers/singularity` folder of the `np_tmcode` software. For more information on how to use the container to run `np_tmcode`, refer to the `np_tmcode` _Release\_Notes_, distributed in PDF format as part of the documentation of `np_tmcode`.
