Description
Adaptive Optics (AO) imaging on large aperture telescopes allows us to obtain accurate stellar photometry in crowded fields. With these data we construct Color-Magnitude diagrams, from which we measure masses, age and metallicity distributions of stellar populations in galaxies. In this talk I will illustrate the potentiality of future AO imaging for the interpretation of the CMDs of stellar populations.
