In the ReceiverControl library now there are 4 methods to get the chryogenic 

temperatures. In the GenericReceiver.idl the methods to turn the LNAs ON/OFF 
have been changed; now there are just two methods: the first one to turn the
LNAs on and the second one to turn them off.
