The version number of Isis in the beta and production versions were not...

The version number of Isis in the beta and production versions were not updated correctly on the last public release. These numbers should now be updated appropriately (Isis is at 3.4.2 alpha/beta, since we released 3.4.1 stable already -- the new version number is subject to change when we do the next public release, it's simply a guess right now). Fixes #1111.
