Replaced PixelShift with SampleShift and LineShift in the...

Replaced PixelShift with SampleShift and LineShift in the ControlMeasureLogData class to provide the user with more speific information about pointreg's changes.  The pointreg app has also been updated to use these values completely in place of the Sample and Line Residuals.  The test data has been updated accordingly, with flat files no longer outputting residual data.
