AutoReg.h: 2011-03-29 Jai Rideout - Fixed bug where gradient filter was being reapplied to pattern and search chips each time Register() was called. Also fixed bug where filtered chips lost cube positioning information in ApplyGradientFilter().  
Chip.h: 2011-03-29  Jai Rideout - Added copy constructor and equals operator.
