SPICE tables are now propagated from the MATCH cube to the output; fixes #643.  Added overloaded PropagateTabled() method to Process class to facilitate this.  Expanded upon existing application tests to include PVL differencing of the output labels to ensure that SPICE tables are properly propagated.
