REMOVED USING STATEMENT FROM HEADER FILE which caused breakages in apps which included this class.  Maintainers of this file - Please please please do not do this again.  It is not fun for application maintainers to track this down (although yes it is getting easier to predict which class was responsible).  I Also formatted to 'ISIS style' which isn't by any means a standard yet but at least it brings the code to one style instead of 20.  Finally, I restored to yesterday (an intentional compile error was introduced but will be done in jigsaw instead.  The bugs are in this class but we need this class to compile to fix compile errors in some of the applications)
