Major overhaul of the make app test code. Tests only succeed on complete success, instead of looking for failure. The number of files in the truth and output directories must now match (this reduces the likelihood of someone forgetting to make new truthdata after modifying a test to have more output files, and prevents extraneous files from being checked in as truthdata). Many targets are now FORCED, which could have caused problems in the past.
