Tree models and views now update themselves when the network structure changes (addition, removal, ignoration, or deignoration of points and measures); Tree models completely refactored - common code abstracted into a new parent class; Synchronization option for views abandoned - instead new driver-view paradigm implemented; CnetEditorWidget now stores state between runs (splitter states as well as which view is the driver)
