Updated some unit tests to not fail when $ISIS3DATA is in a location other than /usgs/cpkgs/isis3/data. The file $base/testData/LRONAC_M139722912RE_cropped.cub has had spiceinit run on it again to clear out the shape model (camstats was re-run also). Fixes #1003
