Added temporary SpiceInt variable to pass to NAIF function bodvcd_c() in order...

Added temporary SpiceInt variable to pass to NAIF function bodvcd_c() in order to make the code compatible with older versions of g++.  Also added dummy tests for all Apollo Pan classes and applications in order to make nightly builds pass until such a time as reasonably sized test data can be engineered.
