mdiscal has had the following changes:  updates to FLAT files MDISWAC_BINNED_FLAT_FIL03_5.cub, MDISWAC_NOTBIN_FLAT_FIL03_5.cub, MDISWAC_BINNED_FLAT_FIL06_5.cub and  MDISWAC_NOTBIN_FLAT_FIL06_5.cub; frame transfer file MDISWAC_BINNED_FLAT_FIL06_5.cub and  MDISWAC_NOTBIN_FLAT_FIL06_5.cub updated; added specific corrections for WAC images for a contamination event starting on May 24, 2011 through January 3, 2012; added additional keywords pertaining to contamination event: ContaminationEventFile, ContaminationEventDate and ContaminationEventFactor; corrected computation of dark strip average to properly report 0 when all these pixels are NULL pixels; software version set to 1.4; fixes #1186
