Moved all web pages on a separate, 'simple' flask server instead of flask restx. Added FUCKIN cross-origin CORS on api server

Added a separate apscheduler for the sequencer. Added the possibility to auto-display latest fits and auto-update eventual focus plot

Camera start and stop now calls an observation template. TBD: camera/snapshot should be again real snapshot with no templates involved. This allows to get periodically get sequencer status and show live updates of display and output.
