Moved to local workdir for /tmp as temporary storage to overcome tempfs size limitations when using Singularity.

Added docker-compose.yml to gitignore, added a docker-compose-dev.yml and included it in the setup pahse.

Parametrised webapp host+port and local docker registry host+port. Moved all data (registry+shared) in the data_rosetta folder.
