- rename edfb to differentiate the one using sphere input files from the one using cluster input files
- update README.md files to reflect edfb renaming
- update Dockerfile and np-tmcode-run.def to include hdf5-tools in the images
- update make.inc to omit profiling options from the M7.00 release

created the .def file that builds a minimal singularity image in which all the mp-tmcode codes can be run, including all the needed runtime files

create new Dockerfile to create docker images both for the pipeline runner and a minimal one containing the whole built project and its minimal runtime
