ST-281 CI metrics gathered.

Gianluca Marotta requested to merge ST-281 into master

A minimal Makefile was used to do testing and linting. All CI metrics tested for are included AFAIK, however we'll likely only be able to confirm the working badges once we've merged to Master.

Linting results are very minimal and should probably get more attention from whoever has more knowledge on the subject.
