In WorkerThread the checksum_gz is implemented as the checksum.
DMDBVerifier now checks that all tables in metadata has the columns
checksum and checksum_gz.

The primary keyword instrument and observation date can be read
from secondary HDUs.
Two new columns must be added to datamodel.instrument table:
fits_key_hdu, fits_date_hdu.

The Version.h file manages the version number. Just run

fitsImporter-srv --version

The checksum computation has been added. The checksum is stored
in the checksum column. The check on the checksum has been added.
Only file with different checksum are ingested with file_version
increased by one.
The path notnew has been added for files already in the database
with the same checksum.
