Set transfer target element as string instead of list of strings again. Used view with include param instead of custom protocol for async recall operations

Added non-standard parameter on job list endpoint to filter on transfer view type (useful for retrieving the list of generated tar/zip archives from UI)

Stripped protocols also from negotiated transfer result in case of error on synchronous transfer endpoint

Updated jobs handling in compliance with specification: UWS result contains transferDetails URL and transfer negotiation is available only on transferDetails endpoint (jobInfo contains original transfer object)
