Updated the dark correction algorithm (based on Bashars recommendations ) ....

Updated the dark correction algorithm (based on Bashars recommendations ) . This includes using a temperature model and multiple frames to correct the images. Each calibrated image now has two dark files associated with it ( the two calibration files with the closest temperatures ) for interpolation/extrapolation.
