Remove double License section and provide a complete instruction disclaimer pointing to Release Notes

- rename edfb to differentiate the one using sphere input files from the one using cluster input files
- update README.md files to reflect edfb renaming
- update Dockerfile and np-tmcode-run.def to include hdf5-tools in the images
- update make.inc to omit profiling options from the M7.00 release
