- all objects now go in a dedicated dir
- to avoid error-prone repetitions, objects are put in env variables
- correct target mismatches that caused builds to be repeated even when not necessary

- rename edfb to differentiate the one using sphere input files from the one using cluster input files
- update README.md files to reflect edfb renaming
- update Dockerfile and np-tmcode-run.def to include hdf5-tools in the images
- update make.inc to omit profiling options from the M7.00 release

* rename trapping/frfme.cpp to trapping/cfrfme.cpp
* rename trapping/lffft.cpp to trapping/clffft.cpp
* this makes them compliant with make wildcards
