Move the content of the loop over scales in a separate function, so it can be called with fresh arguments every time to check parallelism and dependencies.

- turn C4 from a structure to a class (to do the above), move its initialisation to its constructor
- eliminate "allocate_vectors()", redundant and including a (wrong) double allocation

- all objects now go in a dedicated dir
- to avoid error-prone repetitions, objects are put in env variables
- correct target mismatches that caused builds to be repeated even when not necessary

- rename edfb to differentiate the one using sphere input files from the one using cluster input files
- update README.md files to reflect edfb renaming
- update Dockerfile and np-tmcode-run.def to include hdf5-tools in the images
- update make.inc to omit profiling options from the M7.00 release
